Pastor Richard Rogers, who leads the Jarrettown United Methodist Church in Dresher, Pa., has resigned after being accused of exposing himself to two women.
Authorities say 46-year-old Richard Rogers flashed women on two separate occasions. He was arrested Monday and resigned his post at Jarrettown United Methodist Church in Dresher, Montgomery County. Investigators say the alleged victims were members of an organization outside the church.
Rogers was released on bail on charges including lewdness and indecent exposure. A phone listing for him could not immediately be located. Source
Rogers was placed on temporary leave June 1 after an investigation was launched. Snake in the pulpit, but he is afforded due process under the law, so we will reserve judgment until his case is litigated.
