Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Women's Rights Activist Leymah Gbowee & Yemeni Tawakkul Karman Win Nobel Peace Prize

Congratulations to Liberian president Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, a tireless campaigner against rape, who won the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday in recognition of the importance of women's rights in the spread of global peace. Also sharing the top prize with her are fellow Liberian and women's right activist Leymah Gbowee and democracy activist, Yemeni Tawakkul Karman, the first Arab woman to win. The three women will share the $1.5 million award. Congratulations!
