F-16 Jets Shadow Passenger Plane Headed to Detroit, 3 Detained

F-16 Jets shadow Frontier Airlines flight #623 headed to Detroit from Denver and three people were detained for suspicious activity. It might have been a wee bit over the top for NORAD to send in fighter jets, but given this is the anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, I guess I can see why they would act out of "caution." The suspicious activity was that two people were spending a long time inside a bathroom on the plane during the flight.
