Peter Lavini, 85, Attacked and Robbed by Four Teenagers in Broad Daylight in South Philadelphia
Peter Lavini, 85, was jumped by four teenagers on Saturday, just mere steps from his front door in South Philadelphia. According to NBC Philadelphia, Lavini had gone to get a newspaper from a nearby store. On his way back, at about 11:30 a.m., he was hit over the back of the head. The teens took his wallet, which held $200 in cash and his credit cards. The suspects are still at large. Lavini was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.
