Miller was shot in the head by Fisher but survived during a confrontation in the parking lot of City Views apartments in Mechanicsville. Fisher said he tried to stop Miller from driving off because the man had parked in a handicapped parking spot. The officer said he saw Miller, then 27, swallow what he believed was cocaine. Fisher told responding officers Miller was dealing drugs -- which was untrue. Source: AJCUm, how does someone who is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and violation of oath of office be acquitted on all charges, yet you still have a critically wounded man who was wrongly accused of being a drug dealer by the officer? Haven't the Atlanta Police Department learned any lessons from the botch raid on Kathryn Johnston's home? Is this another Casey Anthony-type jury?
