Jason Dean, 24, is facing a felony false imprisonment charge after handcuffing himself to a female co-worker at a Ringgold, Ga., Taco Bell, after she repeatedly refused to go out with him on a date. He reportedly handcuffed himself to the 18 year old woman in the parking lot of the restaurant Monday night. She was freed after other Taco Bell workers convinced him to release her.
