TX Gov. Rick Perry used black pastor C.L. Jackson as a puppet to deflect the true intentions of the American Family Association that has made derogatory comments about blacks, Native Americ,s, progressives and the LGBT community.
Texas Gov. Rick Perry used black pastor C.L. Jackson as a prop and a puppet during his speech at the prayer service last weekend. You see, Jackson was a prop to deflect the truth -- American Family Association is a racist organization on so many levels. They have made derogatory comments about blacks, progressives, Native Americans, non-Christians and the LGBT community, all in the name of their narrow interpretation of the Bible. Why would anyone in their right mind want to be a part of an organization such as AFA or even allow themselves to be used as a prop for appearance sake only. You will recall that a group of black pastors had called on Gov. Perry to to have AFA back away from some of its positions and they haven't. But why should they, when Gov. Perry has Stephin Fetchit, or C.L. Jackson, to stand next to him and even hug.
For all the people who think Rick Perry is like Jesus walking on water to the Republican Party, think twice. This is the same man who wanted to secede from the U.S.A. He can pray and quote the Scriptures all he wants, he doesn't have America first in his heart and he certainly doesn't have the black community in his heart either, despite C.L. Jackson standing by his side.
