David Harris Fatally Shot at Parents' Caribbean Restaurant in Jonesboro, Ga., Police Search for Three Suspects

David Harris shot to death while working at his parents West Indian restaurant on Tara Boulevard in Jonesboro, Ga., police searching for three suspects in the murder.

Have you seen this man? Jonesboro police are searching for him and two other suspects in connection with the shooting death of David Harris, 38, who was fatally shot at his parents' West Indian restaurant -- Berris & Norma Caribbean Restaurant -- on Tara Boulevard in the metro Atlanta area.

The gunmen entered the Berris & Norma Caribbean restaurant on Tara Boulevard around 11 p.m. and wandered to the back where employees were working, witnesses told Channel 2 Action News.

Moments later, shots rang out and when the gunfire ended,employee David Harris, 38, was dead. Harris was identified as the son of the restaurant’s owner. Another employee ran for cover, according to Jonesboro Police Chief Franklin Allen.

Police say the men, who witnesses assumed were customers until the shooting began, then fled in an older model vehicle. Source
