Unlicensed Daycare Operator Sol Jason Moon Charged with Aggravated Sexual Battery of a Child

Sol Jason Moon, an unlicensed daycare operator in Coweta County, Ga., has been arrested and charged with child molestation and police now believe there are more victims. He was charged with aggravated sexual battery of a child.

Sol Jason Moon, 54, of 65 General Long Street Line, located off Baker Road in eastern Coweta, was arrested May 27, according to Major James Yarbrough of the Coweta County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities say that Moon and his wife, Judy, had been operating an unlicensed daycare from their home. They were caring for children between the ages of 6 and 12, according to Yarbrough.

The sheriff's office was contacted by a parent whose child made an outcry of sexual abuse at the hands of Moon. Investigators conducted interviews with the child and decided to proceed with criminal charges against Moon, according to the major. Source: Times-Herald
