President Obama says economic growth and job creation will take a long time. He wants to partner with the private sector to jumpstart the economy through hiring. Excuse me for being cynical, but does the private sector really want to work with the government? We know some have deliberately stripped their employees of everything from vacation and sick time to reducing benefits. Just like the banks, they are only looking out for their best interests.
