He was charged with 10 counts of manufacturing or selling steroids or illegal stimulants and one count of selling or distributing marijuana. The newspaper said he also faces misdemeanor charges of selling or intending to sell drug paraphernalia, and assisting an individual in unlawfully procuring a prescription drug, the newspaper said.
