Dry Creek School District in California Under Fire for Question on Enrollment Application Asking Parents If Children Delivered by C-Section

California school district under fire for enrollment application question asking parents how their children were delivered during birth - naturally or by C-section.

The Dry Creek School District in California is under fire for asking parents who hope to enroll their children in the school district about how their children were delivered during birth. This intimate question is listed on the application form and asks if their child was delivered naturally or by caesarean section. According to the Daily Mail, those mothers who tick the 'C-section' option are then asked to explain why the procedure was performed. How is the the school district's business how a child was delivered during birth? There is no evidence, to my knowledge, that says a C-section is an impediment to learning.
