Chris Quintana, the editor of University of New Mexico's Daily Lobo, has apologized for the racially insensitive cartoon that appeared in the newspaper. The cartoon depicted President Barack Obama holding Osama Bin Laden's head in triumph, after the classic scene from the children's movie, "Lion King," in which Rafiki, a monkey, held baby Simba above his head.
