Terry Jiminez, 19, was arrested for the murder of Robert Foster, Jr., an innocent bystander at the Caribbean Carnival in Washington D. C. Saturday, who was caught in the crossfire of a gun battle between rival gangs. Jiminez was charged with Murder 2 While Armed, according to WUSA9.com. Two other persons were shot in the gunfire. One was treated and released and the other is still hospitalized. It should be noted that Terry Jiminez is no stranger to the correction system in this country.
