Occupy Atlanta Group Refused to Allow Civil Rights Icon Rep. John Lewis to Speak Despite Opposition by Some Rallygoers
Occupy Atlanta group refuses to allow civil rights icon Rep. John Lewis to speak. There was clearly not a general consensus not to allow Lewis to speak. That was an insult. The problem with the Occupy Atlanta movement is that there is no clear-cut platform and message. One attendee at the Friday night demonstration said it was an "organized mob" and that she was disappointed. Without getting in the muck, the organizer in the red shirt doesn't appear to be "wrapped too tight," if you know what I mean. Consider the slight not worth John Lewis' time of day. Occupy Atlanta is a major flop. Don't bother wasting your time.
