Teonna Brown Gets Prison Time for Beating Transgender Woman, Chrissy Polis, at McDonald's Restuarant

Teonna Brown, 18, was sentenced to 10 years in prison (all but five suspended) for beating up a transgender woman, Chrissy Polis, at a McDonald's in Baltimore in April. Brown, who pleaded guilty in August to a hate crime charge and assault in the attack on Polis, that went viral online, asked the judge for forgiveness and a second chance, to which he said he could not excuse her because of her outrageous conduct, according to WBAL-TV.
