Medger Chauncey Duckens, a pastor's nephew, has been arrested and is accused of sending lewd text messages to an underage female church member. Duckens was charged with online solicitation of a minor. According to court documents, Duckens works as a sound technician at a southwest Houston church and he met the 15-year-old girl while she worked in the sound room at the church, ABC 13 reports.
