D'lberville High School Junior Latrell "Fred" Dunbar Dies After Collapsing During Football Game

Latrell "Fred" Dunbar, a junior at D'lberville High School in Mississippi, died Friday night after collapsing on the field during a game. Dunbar was pronounced dead at 9:50 p.m. Friday night at an Ocean Springs hospital. CPR was administered on the field before the paramedics arrived. The Jackson County Coroner confirms that Dunbar died of an acute cardiac event, which could have been brought on by many things, including hidden heart abnormalities. The coroner said she believed in Dunbar's case, it was just a fluke event, according to WLOX-TV.
