According to Hawaii News Now, Titcomb, who was one of four arrested during the sting, reportedly solicited sex from an undercover police officer posing as a prostitute. He was released on $500 bail and is scheduled to appear in court next month. President Obama visited Hawaii January and took a 20-car motorcade to visit his high school buddy Robert Titcomb.
